“I can’t” “It’s impossible” “I can’t” “I’m too old” “I can’t” “I’m too fat” “I can’t”
These are, unfortunately, expressions I hear too frequently in my office. Faced with adverse medical conditions and lack of support, many individuals have given up on leading healthier, more active lives. Why is it that we are conditioned not to use the word “can’t” as children, yet the word is used so effortlessly as an adult? From time to time, there comes an inspirational story that we can all learn and grow from. A story so powerful that it makes you believe that the impossible is in fact, possible. This is that inspiring story I hope you all can share with everyone around you.
